Job Description

This is a “Work from home” based job which involves Tendering and creating Work Orders in SAP.
Responsible for vendor management and smooth working of day to
day operations in purchase and contract department.
Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality,
selection, service, support, availability, reliability,
production and distribution capabilities and the suppliers
reputation and history.
Follow up with vendors / suppliers for timely material
delivery.
Ensuring optimum inventory at all times.
Follow up with Accounts department for vendor / supplier
payments
Monitoring MIS and reports.
Audit, Filling and Record Keeping

Experience: Auditing, Accounting, MIS Reporting, Payments, Purchase, Record Keeping, Vendor Management, supplier management
