Job Description

Compensation: $ 3500 per month
Job Type: Full Time
Location: New York
Full-time: 9 am – 5 pm

The position of Customer Service Manager is an excellent opening for our company. In this role, you will be our first impression for new clients and relationships with advisors. This role will provide you with exposure to a wide variety of tasks, as outlined below.

responsibilities:
– Reservation travel; Manage all arrangements; Verification of travel and event details
– Customer tracking for required event details
– Master a tracking system to track time-sensitive events
– Order supplies before the events; Processing and shipping of online orders
– Enter and maintain data from the company database, ensuring a high level of accuracy
– Answer the phone and restart incoming calls to the appropriate person
– Open and sort incoming mail and mail; Preparing Outgoing Mail and Mail
– Maintain inventory of stationary supplies
– Customer returns and correspondence file
– Keep the office clean and tidy
– Provide administrative support to departments Private client, if required
– Organize customer events and organize customer gifts.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
– Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision; Assume assigned tasks, and think about themselves
– Excellent administrative management, time management and organizational skills
– Completion of secondary and administrative training or equivalent work experience
– Excellent command of French or English to be able to speak, read and write fluently
– Detail and Accuracy Dedication

Competence in the use of computer programs to:
– Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)

The Customer Service Manager will demonstrate competence in the following areas:
– Teamwork: follows the direction, works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, solve problems and make decisions to improve the efficiency of the company; Ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
– Organization: Excellent time management skills; Excellent attention to detail; The ability to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency; The ability to develop a work schedule and the ability to make clear and timely decisions
– Relationships: maintaining positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally
– Communication: Excellent listening skills, oral and written communication skills
– Needs assessment: Anticipating, understanding and meeting the needs of their employer and clients to meet or exceed their expectations
