Enterprise Sales Executive

Requirements:
– Strong personal network and relevant professional experience in Digital/Transformational or IT Services Sales. Successful candidate should have experience and relationships in one or more of the following target markets:
o Service Providers
o Finance
o Automotive
o Sports Venue and Services
o Retail
o Health Care
o Education
o Cosmetics
o Logistics (UPS, FedEx)
o Trading cards companies
o Direct sales companies
o Automotive Retail and/or Wheel distributors
o Fulfillment companies
– Experience in sales of IT services/projects over USD 20M per year
– Experience working in a Global company with global service and delivery capabilities including offshore teams in multicultural environment in multiple time zones
– Understanding of one or more of the following technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Automation and DevOps
– Team player and ability to work in multicultural environment
– Business travelling including internationally
– Experience in delivery is a plus
– Experience in running a sales organization is a big plus
– Oral and written communications and presentation skills
– A self-starter with a can do attitude with an ability to work autonomously demonstrating personal ownership and follow through

Job Description
• Territory: USA
• Sales strategy definition and execution
• Clearly and effectively articulate compelling value propositions and solutions for our full suite of services applications which meet client requirements, beat the competition and achieve our targets. Be comfortable selling in person, on a conference call or using screen share technology
• Manage complex sales-cycles. Create and own a pipeline of opportunities through closure including building an action plan and laying out goals, strategies, tactics and timelines.
• Represent our suite of products in the external marketplace (media, conferences, events etc.)
• Generate, negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed stated Sales Quota targets (Margin, Revenue, Cash Flow)
• Sales, revenue and cash flow projection, delivery and monitoring
• Work closely with Global offices and executives,including offshore locations, on forecast and monitoring
• Work closely with Global delivery centers, including offshore locations, to ensure delivery of engagements meeting necessary time, cost and quality
• Identify solutions that address customer’s needs and lead efforts to sell such solutions
• Marshal and lead the appropriate internal resources to demonstrate advantages to the customer
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers
• Build long-term partnerships and trust
• Understand and navigate customer’s buying process
