Full-Time Executive Assistant (Human Resources)

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage daily calendars for the Human Resources team
2. Support the HR team in all community involvement/philanthropic efforts
3. General HR support, including: creating on-boarding packets for new hires; preparing and managing overtime reports; employment verifications; coordinate background and drug screens; coordinate wellness activities; compensation reports; employee awards programs; and PTO tracking for HR employees
4. Support recruiting efforts, including coordinating interview schedules and travel logistics for candidates
5. Process and audit expense reports; reconcile credit card charges
6. Invoice management
7. Budget management and reporting
8. Create and manage in-depth reports in MS Excel (applicant tracking, surveys, performance metrics, etc.)
9. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences
10. Create and distribute quarterly employee newsletter in MS Publisher
11. Prepare and manage employee files
12. Provides general customer service to company employees in regards to benefits, payroll, time off requests and employee relations issues
13. Provide back up reception coverage as necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’ s Degree is highly preferred
2. Superior professionalism and polish
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Stellar customer service skills
5. Upbeat, outgoing personality
6. Proven track record of reliability and dependability
7. Advanced technical skills – specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Publisher is highly preferred
