Developer.

The Lead Developer for Inventime USA, Inc. will have a unique and pillar position

setting the direction of our innovative platform while focusing on understanding

customers’ and businesses’ needs. The Lead Developer will work independently and will lead a team of developers to build out new features and assist architect continuing iterations of our core technology. H/She will collaborate with the Founders to structure the long-term technology goals, manage and lead the engineering team, improve, maintain and enhance the company’s existing application, build scalable secure

capabilities at all levels of the stack to handle large transaction volumes, review, write

and improve codes to create innovative features for the platform, develop efficient,

testable and well documented codes, identify and troubleshoot technical problems, review and approve proposed development releases, monitor application performance and review any application failures. He/She will improve, maintain and enhance the company’s myErp.com application and all online tools, as well as establish an application deployment process. He/She will select and manage company staff who implement the application as well as liaise with the French office’s Development team on a constant basis and will closely work with the marketing, customer service and sales departments to gather contents and determine areas of IT improvements. Skills and Experience:
• MS in Information Technology or Computer Science;
Minimum of 2 years experience working in Developer roles;
Must have experience in leading developer teams and be willing to mentor and
direct junior developers;
Have prior experience building and deploying SaaS enterprise software using
industry standard tools;
Prior experience and excellent system and data base technology proficiency with:
o JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, Javascript frameworks: Prototype,
SmartGWT, Ext-JS and GWT
o Scala
o Search technology: Elasticsearch
o Infrastructures in the cloud: Amazon web service, Google App Engine,
Rackspace, etc.
o Git, Unix/Linux
o Ruby
o Angular is a plus
Prior use of myERP software is a plus;
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in IT technical
language in English and French to ensure efficient liaison between the US and
French development teams;
Exceptional organizational skills and technical leadership competence;
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously and to handle challenges;
Advanced degree in Business Management/Administration preferred for broad
understanding of overall business concepts including budget/finance and sales;
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas to both technical and
non-technical audiences;
Strong analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities;
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with team members.
