Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES FOR HR ASSISTANT:

*Recruitment of qualified employees

*Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance

records, maintains employee information by entering and

updating employment and status-change data, maintains employee

confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource

information confidential.

SECONDARY DUTIES: Your secondary duties would be to report to

your Supervisor who would be attached to you online. He /She

would assign logs of duty to you daily. You would be required

to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office

tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the

Accounting software is to arrange, formalize, manage and send

the data you have processed to your supervisor via E-mail. As

for your duties, Your supervisor/ hiring manager will assist

you with any difficulties by email. You can as well work for

the whole day and you are 100% assured of getting paid for it.

Work hours are flexible. All activities and corresponding time

are to be recorded in an excel spread sheet. You are expected

to be able to handle these duties effectively if trained

towards it. If you are employed by the company, you will be

connected to your supervisor who will take you on your training

and work proper. This is done to make sure you carry out your

duties effectively.
