Full-Time Human Resources Assistant
Maintains employee confidence and ensures that human resources information remains confidential.
Perform a wide variety of responsible clerical, technical, administrative, and other duties in support of the HR Department.
Responsible for recruiting efforts by updating job descriptions, posting on recruiting websites, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews with managers and general tracking of the interview process
Coordinates on-boarding process by assisting with employment offers, submitting background checks, reviewing background reports, initiating IT set up, coordinating and conducting New Hire Orientations and ensures that all necessary information and paperwork is completed and filed.
Accurate and timely input of new hire paperwork, rehire paperwork, and employee changes into Payroll system in order to assure correct payroll outcomes.
Responsible for initiating employee’s terminations per HR outlined process.
Conduct employee exit interviews.
Oversee unemployment claims and process.
Ensures that employee personnel records are organized and maintained in accordance with HR processes and government regulations.
