Inventory Management, including ERPb. Equipment alarm management and validation support2 Secondary packaging for Clinical Trials or Commercial Manufacturinga. receiving, labeling, storing, and shipping of investigational clinical supplies with other Clinical Supplies Group personnel.b. Work with clinical sites to ensure that supplies necessary for study conduct have been received.c. Collaborate with the clinical trial study personnel to ensure complete product control and accountability during clinical studies and at study close out.d. Ensure proper completion and maintenance of product release and accountability documentse. Responsible to maintain clinical supply inventory, and provide assistance with equipment maintenance and calibration.f. Ensures storage of Study Supplies under secure, controlled conditionsg. Support the Medical Clinical Affairs team with IVRS database management3 Logistics:a. GMP Shippingb. GMP Receivingc. GMP Distributiond. Reverse logistics4 Specification development5 GMP Document ownershipa. Assist in the preparation/revision of SOPs as neededb. Keep appropriate records, write reports and provide information to other departments6 Where applicable, performs job responsibilities in compliance with cGMP, GCP, GLP and all other regulatory agency requirements.7 Satisfactorily completes all cGMP, GCP, GLP and/or safety training as applicable to job requirements.Minimum requirements1 High School Diploma or equivalent required.2 1 to 2 years of Supply Management and or Inventory Control experience is preferred.3 Must be able to function in a matrix supervision environmentPreferred Qualifications4 Associates Degree or some amount of college5 Exposure to Clinical Trials, QA and Logistics6 Laboratory or Clinical Research experience7 Familiarity to the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry8 IATA qualified for shipping dangerous goods Abilities required Highly detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate and work with others. Must take responsibility for assigned tasks, and must be able to meet critical timelines. Adaptability is critical in this role. Demonstration of sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns. Must be able to effectively work independently or in a team environment.
