Job Description

The Leasing/Marketing Assistant works directly with the corporate marketing and leasing departments to conduct property tours, manage corporate website updates in regards to available properties, prepare lease documents and coordinate local departmental activities.

Responsibilities include:
1. Create and maintain various marketing materials, including collateral materials, brochures, floor plans and signage
2. Prepare, administer and adjust annual marketing and leasing budgets
3. Act as liaison with external brokers, including planning broker events, meetings, luncheons and sales presentations
4. Act as liaison with internal departments to maintain corporate website in regards to local building information, inventory and employee list
5. Prepare and distribute various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for directors as requested
6. Prepare and coordinate marketing mail-outs and manage customer databases
7. Respond to internal and external customers in regards to space available
8. Coordinate company’ s participation in industry events and groups
9. Prepare and distribute legal documents, lease contracts, amendments, lease terminations, proposals, project documents and other related lease documents for approval and execution (as necessary)
10. Administrative responsibilities, including copying, emails, distributing departmental mail and phone calls, and maintaining yearly calendar of events for department
11. Serve in administrative group, including phone relief and various administrative duties
Special projects as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’ s degree highly preferred
2. 3-5 years’ experience in real estate (either commercial or multi-family)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other desktop graphic software
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Team player
8. Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of company
