Full-Time Looking for Representative Candidates in Tehran, Iran

We are looking for candidates who become our representative in Iran to develop and expand business market, approach and find new potential customers in order to sell our inbound tour packages.
What We Can Offer:
+ Basic Salary is 700.000 kyat(500 USD) per month ( 1 years of experience in Tourism is a must)
+ 10% commission of benefit on each booking of tour sales.
+ Transportation: the Representative uses his/ her own vehicles
+ Working location: Tehran, Iran and another city in Iran.
+ Relate to Business trip cost includes meal, accommodation, conveyance during working trip.
What You Will Do:
+ The Representative will be responsible for executing the Marketing Plan of Iran..
+ To make sales call to Travel Agency in all city and make a successful cooperation for sending passengers to Vietnam.
+ Identifying and contacting new potential agents and tour operators.
+ Respond to and follow up new agent enquiries and forward to operations offices with advice.
+ Develop and implement business strategies (also called competitive manner) implement a tourism marketing plan for Iran Market of Travel product of the company.
+ Develop marketing, promotions plans for product images services in the Iran market to promote and achieve the objectives of the Company.
+ Do market research, customer research and competitor research to identify best tour style that Go Indochina Tours can provide to Vietnam.
+ Make an action plan weekly to approach and meet Travel agency by conducting physical sales calls.
+ Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
+ Maintaining strong relationship with all potential and existing clients.
+ Establish the relationship with the key person in Travel Company who have final decision to cooperate with us.
+ Following carefully clients’ call procedure to get relevant feedbacks;
+ Taking corrective actions in the short and long term (about suppliers and/or products).
+ Make a working trip plan to General Director to arrange related materials for work.
+ Submit a daily sales report to Assistant Director of Sales before leaving each day, a weekly activity plan for the following week each Saturday, any other reports as requested by the General Manager or sale Manager.
+ Undertake any task or duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Sales & Marketing or Assistant Director of Sales.
– Fluent in English: speaking, reading and writing
– Graduaded in Tourism Management .
– Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or tourism bachelor degree is advantaged.
– Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
– Good interpersonal skills, management and organization skills
– One year experience in tourism industry, selling tour package, Hotel, Cruise is an advantage.
– Creative, independent and good sense of product’s evaluation
– Proactive and hardworking
– Flexible be ready to travel as job required.
– Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded.
