At least 2 years of previous service experience in a high-volume dining environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
Previous experience in training, inventory management and staff scheduling.
Working knowledge of proper Food and Beverage service.
Working knowledge of kitchen operations.
Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Working knowledge of administrative and organizational methods to function effectively with attention to detail while meeting established timelines.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Able to effectively communicate in English and Russian, in both written and oral forms.
