Sales and Office Administrator
>
>HansaWorld in Dallas is looking for a person responsible for sales to new and existing customers and building their product base in the USA, following company’s established routines and methodology. >Responsibilities:
>- Find and sign up new customers to HansaWorld in the USA
>- Co-sales with partners and monitor sales activities for company
>- Manage customer relationships
>- Assist manager and partners to drive sales process, from quotation to closing
>- Have high activity level (calls, meetings, quotations)
>- Build pipeline
>- Drive sales process, from quotation to closing
>- Meet sales targets
>- Learn HansaWorld software
>- Follow company’s policies and routines
>- Report to management and Head Quarters regularly and timely

Admin work

Keep office efficient (layout, switchboard, etc)
– Handling Incoming / outgoing correspondence
– Booking meetings for Manager and other staff
– Sending out mailshots (case studies/opinion articles/news letters/event invitations)
– Database management: updating customers/contracts/invoices
– General administrative tasks (ordering office supplies, handling visas, tickets, etc.)
– Organising, monitoring and measuring success of Marketing activities locally
– Conducting market research and planning and executing marketing activities
– Be point of contact for HQ’s inquiries to the office
– Take care of guests and arrange travel
– Collect reporting from other departments (sales, consulting, bookkeeping)
– Organise customer/company events and internal training courses
– Help with HR (recruiting, orientation, evaluation, etc.)
– Other operational tasks that may arise

>Skills:
>- Excellent communication and software presentation skills
> Excellent sales/marketing skills with proven track record
>- Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills
>- Adjusting to the new environment and tasks
>- Take initiative
>- Self starter and self-motivated
>
>Requirements:
>- 2+ years of relevant corporate sales experience
>- Experience working with an ERP/CRM/Accounting software
>- Experience in finance/bookkeeping beneficial
>- Additional class work in sales/marketing type courses is preferred
>- Ready to travel
>- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
>
>Organisation Relationships
>The Sales person reports directly to the Manager and to other Head Quarters staff on demand
>
