Our Salesforce consultants help clients solve business and technology challenges related to improving customer and employee experience. This high performing team leverages the Salesforce technology and platform to help clients transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities. Typical engagements are a combination of sales transformation, service transformation, marketing transformation, analytics, force platform based innovation and development, change management and training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales process and methodologies;
Strategic and technical thinking with the ability to consultatively engage with customers to quickly make complex decisions and lead customer facing discussions;
Supervision of teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal.
7+ years delivering complex projects both from an integration and implementation perspective.
Must have previous experience with integration/implementation of Salesforce.com.
Must have Agile project delivery experience.
Experience in leading projects with integration and implementation.
Integration experience with the Cloud.
Must have the ability to solve complex problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively.
Must have good planning, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
Must be able to work independently with the ability to drive the project to completion and effectively collaborate with others.
Proven ability to lead and influence others at all levels within/outside the organization.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Relevant Field.
Experience/Knowledge of lighting framework – Big Plus.
