Full-Time Senior Compensation Analyst
The successful candidate will possess the following:
1. Bachelor degree highly preferred
2. CCP Certification is a plus!
3. 5+ years of compensation experience from design of programs to implementation
4. Experience conducting job analysis, creation of job description, compensation review, market pricing, competitor trends, etc.
