Full-Time Support Consultant/Technician

HansaWorld is looking for a motivated self starter to join us as a Support Consultant.
The Support Consultant is responsible for providing telephone and internet consultations to existing customers on software issues. This is a customer- and service-oriented work requiring good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. – Communicate to existing customers about software issues by phone and/or internet;
– Providing advise on software usage, according to conditions of maintenance agreement;
– Upselling licenses and services while on the phone with customers and forward sales opportunities to the sales organisation;
– Assisting software testing;
– Maintaining and constantly improving product knowledge;
– Proactively updating yourself by reading manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to keep up with the latest in the industry.
– Excellent English language skills
– 1-2 years of work experience in a fast paced office environment
– Knowledge of bookkeeping is beneficial
– Strong computer skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Good time management
– Ability to assess a situation from the end users perspective
– Flexibility to adjust to new environment and processes
